Hi, I'm Richard
I'm passionate about helping people make progress towards their goals and dreams.
I've always been a goal-setter.
But, after becoming incredibly frustrated at not making the sort of progress I'd dreamed of, and watching many other people also struggle, I went looking for a solution.
As I was trying to figure this our, I realised something blindingly obvious.
No one ever completed something they didn't start.
Obvious, right?
I wanted to find a way that would help me take action every day quickly and easily.
And, do you know what I discovered?
Progress happens fast when you take single, easily doable, tiny actions consistently over time.
"Tiny steps taken consistently over time compound to produce massive results"
As I applied this idea in my life I started to see progress.
Eventually I wrote down what I was doing and called it The Next Tiny Step Method.
It helps to eliminate overwhelm, get unstuck, stop procrastinating and start making progress fast.
Because the Next Tiny Step Method worked to well we implemented it inside our Progress Pod Accountability Groups System.
Membership owners started to see their members making faster progress that ever before.
They also noticed their members, in Progress Pods, stay subscribed longer. 💥
To make it easier for more membership owners to set up Progress Pod accountability groups I build a software platform called ProgressPod.io.
So, If you're an online membership owner, Progress Pods will
- Help your members make faster, more consistent, progress,
- Get the ongoing support and encouragement they need,
- Build deeper connections and friendships with others in your community, and
- Stay subscribed longer.

BTW: I'm on a mission to complete 1000 consecutive daily Facebook Lives.
My goal is to experience the progress that can be made through consistency.
I also want to learn to communicate more effectively by telling engaging and compelling stories.
I talk about life, business, my family, my granddaughters (7), and my latest insights.
I often play my guitar live too.
Sometimes go live outdoors and showcase some of our beautiful New Zealand wild places.
I'd love you to join me on this journey.
