We had a problem.

I was working as the community manager for an online membership.

The content was great.

Actually, it was AMAZING.

But...

Many of our members weren't getting the results we knew they could, and too many of them were unsubscribing.

It was so frustrating.

It didn't take us long to realise that many of our members were consuming the information but not acting on it.

They were falling into, what I call, the information/action gap. They had all the information but they weren't implementing it. Sound familiar?
